Omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) are polyunsaturated good fats found in oil from cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel and tuna, or in seeds of flax, walnuts, hemp and other plants. They're classified as essential because your body needs them for complete health, yet cannot produce them on its own. They must be obtained through diet or supplementation.
Suggested use
Take 1 serving (2 softgels) twice daily, preferably with meals.
Other ingredients
Outer shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water).
Contains anchovy.
Processed in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, and tree nuts.
Warnings
Store in a cool dry place.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medication. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Orders placed before 2PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:
- You order before 2pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
- You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
- Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
- You are not in a remote location
Please note parcels going via Australia Post (PoBox, Defence Adresses) may take longer than 1-3 business days.
Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.
If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky: Heavy or bulky orders are sent via road freight which means that the estimated delivery time will be longer than orders sent via air freight.
