Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 120–180ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Once tolerance is assessed, a second scoop may be taken before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Drink plenty of water during your workout.

A harmless tingling sensation may be felt – this is due to beta-alanine.
